Being neurodivergent means that you have a brain that works differently, which can sometimes make you feel like the odd one out. I want to emphasize “different,” which certainly does not mean “less,” “more,” “abnormal”...
No, different, equally different. You often think differently, you communicate differently, you process stimuli differently, your perception is different... in short, you are wired differently.
That is precisely why it is extremely important that you get to know yourself very well, with your own talents, interests, skills, norms, values, etc., embrace them, and learn to tailor your life and career to them. This is not easy. You probably often feel alone or “the odd one out.” You may have learned to keep quiet and disappear into the crowd.
